DATA PROTECTION

Shipping cost is free in Greece for packages up to 2 kg. Worldwide shipping charges depend on the country of destination.

Deliveries are made within Greece with ACS Courier or ELTA Courier. For exterior only with DHL.
F. CONSUMER RIGHTS

WITHDRAWAL
The products are made to order by the customer and can not be returned. Return is only the wrong thing for our company and in this case we are committed to bear the cost of returning the product.
Returns will only be accepted after company approval.
In the event that the reason for the refund is due to a mistake by the company, FUNKDAQUEEN undertakes to resend the courier to the address you have assigned us to receive the order at its own expense.
RIGHT TO REPLACE
The company cannot provide a replacement right. In case the consumer wants to change the product in question, he is obliged to return to the company and place a new order only in case of a mistake of the company and the cost of returning the latter is borne.
DETAILED RETURN GUIDE
A prerequisite is that the product is in its original packaging in which you received it along with your retail receipt and including special product labels (tabs).

All products returned to FUNKDAQUEEN warehouses are subject to thorough quality control.
